Processo di laboratorio di colore VIST
Passaggio 1: scegli la tua personalizzazione
Sperimenta con il nostro laboratorio colori oppure contattaci per una consulenza diretta.
Fase 2: Proposta di progettazione
Inviateci i vostri loghi in formato vettoriale, specificando le preferenze di posizionamento. Il nostro team vi consiglierà la migliore applicazione (ricamo o etichetta) e vi fornirà indicazioni su dimensioni e posizionamento.
Se desideri un modello unico, condividi le tue idee o i tuoi loghi e il nostro team grafico creerà una proposta di design personalizzata.
Fase 3: Finalizzare
Dopo aver confermato il design, i colori e i loghi, se necessario effettuiamo un test delle taglie e, una volta approvati, i tuoi capi entreranno in produzione.
TECHNIQUE 1: FLAT PRINT
A technique where ink is applied directly onto fabric for a flat, colorful logo design.
TRANSFER PRINT
Transfer prints are created by first printing a desired logo or design onto a carrier, such as polyester film, and then curing it in an oven. The print can then be stored or applied to a material using heat and pressure
FLAT SILICONE
The technology within this innovative silicone heat transfer, offers a soft to touch feel, coupled with superior anti-migration features. Without any additional backer and by reducing the number of printing layers, the transfer becomes thinner and more stretchable.
RFX PU
The flat reflective heat transfer RFX PU is ideal for nighttime visibility
and brilliance. It features very small glass beads embedded in material
to help produce optimal reflectability when exposed to bright light.
TECHNIQUE 2: 3D PRINT
A printing method that creates a raised, textured logo with depth by layering material, often used for added visual and tactile impact.
3D SILICONE
The 3D SILICONE screen print production process, provides exceptional raised effects and defined sharp edged finishings. We also offer a DWR version of our 3D SILICONE logos, equipped with a specialized adhesive optimized for Durable Water Repellent (DWR) fabrics.
3D TPU
The TPU's molecular structure provides flexibility and elasticity, accommodating fabric stretch and movement without compromising the logo's shape.
3D SILICONE X TATAMI
Silicone printed on a high-quality tatami fabric base. The combination of two different materials is guaranteed to give your 3D SILICONE + TATAMI heat transfer logo a very unique look.
3D SILICONE MOULDED NFC - CONNECT
The integration of smart technology within the embellishment through layers in the screen-printing process, allows the incorporation of a programmable NFC chip within the 3D SILICONE MOULDED NFC heat transfer.
3D LENTICULAR (LENTEX® | RAINBOW + PRINT)
Offers the possibility to enhance your design with a unique background, where you can choose the colour shading and add multi-coloured, moving elements.
TECHNIQUE 3: DIRECT EMBROIDERY
A stitching method where the logo is directly sewn onto the garment, with pricing based on logo size and a one-time setup fee for new designs.
EMBROIDERY
A classic embroidery embellishment enhanced with an adhesive backing to
completely erase any abrasion issues on the inner side of the fabric.
TECHNIQUE 4: PATCH
A logo applied as a separate embroidered or printed patch sewn or adhered
to the garment, often with a one-time setup fee and potential minimum
order quantities.
3D WOVEN EMBROIDERY (OVERLOCK)
A woven heat transfer logo which is able to display high definition graphics combined with a embroidery outline to create a modern yet classic look.
TPU + PRINT
The TPU + print logo application combines a three-dimensional TPU base with
a high-quality printed overlay, offering both texture and detailed
color work.
EMBROIDERED PATCH
An embroidered patch, also known as a cloth badge, is a piece of embroidery which is created by using a fabric backing and thread.
